Questions, answered.
What does a credit include?
One completed website analysis creates an email subject and body, a LinkedIn message and an opener. Failed generations use no credits. Recovering an unchanged completed request, saving, copying and downloading are included.
How do annual plans work?
Annual billing costs ten monthly payments, charged upfront. Your allowance refreshes monthly on your subscription anniversary, including in annual plans. In short months the anniversary falls on the last day. Credits are not all issued upfront.
Do unused credits roll over?
Paid credits expire at the end of their monthly allowance window and do not roll over. The new allowance replaces the previous balance, including remaining free credits when you upgrade. Free signup credits do not renew.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Cancel renewal in Account & billing and keep access through the period you paid for. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment. Contact support for plan changes or refund requests; mandatory consumer rights still apply.
Are there overages or team seats?
There are no automatic overage charges. Generation pauses at your monthly allowance or rolling 24-hour limit. Plans are for one account; shared team seats are not included.
What currency and taxes apply?
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable tax. Annual prices are paid upfront. Stripe calculates tax from the seller’s active registrations. Banks may charge conversion fees. Checkout and receipts may show NVRSTOP CREATIVE, the Stripe account used for Tailor.
